Assistant Account Executive Position

Interactive Designer
Job Summary:
Bent Media Inc. is looking for a talented, full-time Interactive Designer to work on a large-scale e-commerce web site for a well-known direct marketer. He/She will collaborate with creative directors, account directors, producers and writers.
Major Responsibilities:
• Design wireframes, site layouts, banner ads, emails and email templates, rich media, print, flash and animated GIFs under limited supervision, and according to creative direction, strategic objectives, and brand guidelines
• Participate in User Experience thought leadership that applies to direct marketing optimization & e-commerce
• Provide direction and support to production designers
• Provide quality assurance on creative deliverables and prepare client presentations
Aid in the development of creating brand design guidelines
Qualifications/ Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in graphic design, or equivalent work-related experience

Interactive Account Coordinator/Producer
Job Summary:
Bent Media Inc. is looking for an Interactive Account Coordinator/Producer to manage the day-to-day operation of a large-scale e-commerce web site for a well-known direct marketer. The Interactive Account Coordinator/Producer works with the Account Director and Traffic Manager, and is responsible for managing web projects from concept through completion. This requires the ability to balance scope, time, cost, and quality while maintaining a positive “can do” attitude that supports the Account Director in maintaining client relationships and expectations.
Major Responsibilities:
• Possess an excellent understanding of digital production
• Scope and create detailed and accurate project descriptions, estimates, functional and technical specifications, schedules, timelines and written status reports throughout the development process; update documentation as necessary
• Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, on-time and on-budget, from creation through proofing and QA testing
• Document all aspects of project development through the use of electronic project extranets, written minutes, client call sheets, change request forms, and other documentation
• Actively manage different aspects of projects on a daily basis: scope, issues, schedule, budget, quality, approvals, and client communication
• Collaborate with Account Director, Traffic Manager, Creative Director, etc. to ensure assignments are clear and deadlines met
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact scope, delivery schedule, or cost

Qualifications/ Skills:
• Minimum 3-5 years of digital project management experience; should include Internet and/or software development, or software and/or systems integration consulting
• Strong experience producing insightful e-commerce, email, social media and digital marketing strategy development; high comfort level with metrics, analytics and measurement
• Proven knowledge of complex e-commerce solutions and user experience best practices
• Strong organization, communication, and motivational skills
• Knowledge and experience developing enterprise level e-commerce projects is mandatory, as well as having managed diverse teams
• Interactive agency experience is strongly preferred
